Construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position

One of South Africa’s packaged goods company seek to employ Distribution Manager CU to Lead the Bakeries BU in crafting and implementing sustainable transport and distribution solutions to achieve the most effective & competitive costs. Successful candidates must have bakery experience and be based in Johannesburg and must be willing to travel all around South Africa.

Applicants must meet the following Requirements:

Must be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics Management

Must have 5 - 8 years of logistics & Management experience as well as the best customer service, in ensuring that the most efficient use of resources, whilst ensuring a safe working environment from the Delivery Teams and Fleet Maintenance Teams.

Must be able to Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers

Must be able to Manage the procurement process relating the all fleet at the bakeries & Ensure compliance with all internal fleet policies and any transport legislation

Must be able to develop business by gaining new contracts, analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions

Must be able to implement health and safety procedures

Must be able to manage staff training issues & motivate other members of the team projects

Must have skill MS Office with advanced Excel capability.
