SUMMARY:
As part of our Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions for complex projects.

POSITION INFO:

Namibian National Only
Matric or NQF Level 3
Postgraduate certificate, diploma, or degree in Administration or a related field would be an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Administrator or Document Controller in an engineering environment.
Exposure to ISO 9001 standards is an advantage.
Knowledge of document revision control principles.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify deviations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent vocabulary.

- Maintaining accurate records of client and internal documentation.
- Ensuring timely submission of project documentation to clients.
- Managing and distributing the Production Schedule.
- Controlling revisions of client documents and QMS system files.
- Coordinating with the project team on pending and overdue quotes/projects.
- Maintaining metadata for all quotations and projects in M-Files.
