Minimum 1 year administrative working experience
Must have valid drivers license and own car
Computer literate on MS Excel and Outlook

Duties

Performs clerical tasks such as drawing checks and sign off as per procedures.
Keeping daily folders for created drawings and sending them to the relevant people for sign off etc.
Keep draughtsman timesheets updated on a weekly basis.
