JOB SUMMARY:
Driver manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties

Effectively manage drivers in order to ensure that they carry out their work asrequired.
Drive and transport clients as and when required, showcasing our client service experience.
Business development and sales, through managing and maintaining relationships.
Be a point of contact in the office for drivers and maintain communication.
Oversee the servicing and maintaining of vehicles so that they can be in good travelling condition.
Effectively allocate work trips to drivers.
Urgently handle all driver queries and problems as soon as reasonably possible.
Submit weekly and monthly reports on teams.
Cultivate teamwork and healthy working environment.

Qualifications & Qualifications Required

Minimum Grade Twelve (12) or Level A.
Valid South African Driver’s Licence and PDP.
Certificate in customer services or management would be an added advantage.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years working experience in a transport industry.
Experience as a driver, team leader or supervisor.
Experience in a customer facing environment would be an added advantage.
