JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in Epping has grown to become a trusted outsource partner to many businesses globally and is looking for a Dutch Movement Coordinator to manage air + sea logistics.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Sales, customer service, booking, documentation, routing of assigned shipments
Communicate with shipping companies to ensure smooth work flow and customer satisfaction
Make quotation for branches / agents (Air / Sea)
Negotiate prices with shipping companies
Provide branches / agents with all necessary customs documentation
Advise consignee and consignor on freight forwarding procedure
Shipment arrangement with branches / agents and shipping agent within timeline given
Follow up with branches / agents for getting approval
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENT:

Matric / equivalent
Diploma in Transport & Logistics + Accounting
2 years’ professional experience in similar position
Speak & write DUTCH
Problem solving skills
Strong computer skills (Excel)
Resourceful, flexible and detail-orientated
Attention to detail
