Dutch speaking Sportsbook Content Team Leader

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Dutch speaking Sportsbook Content Team Lead to join a leading gaming group at their offices in London, UK. You will be responsible for the overall quality and delivery of their betting content, ensuring that accurate and timely betting content is presented to their customers in a consistent manner and in line with our overarching customer experience strategy. If you are fluent in written and spoken Dutch with excellent knowledge of sports and betting products, this job could be perfect for you!

Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking Sportsbook Content Team Lead in London, UK will include:

• Supervise the Sportsbook Content (Netherlands) team on allocated shifts and co-ordinate daily workflow
• Monitor all Netherlands Sportsbook apps and sites and ensure the presentation of all sports betting content is fully translated and executed in-line with the signed off daily schedule, manging content live and modifying schedule when required
• Ensure all sports betting Content is translated using correct terminology and engaging tone of voice to suit Netherlands sports fans
• Support and educate the wider business in all Dutch related topics, signing off translated work from external teams when required.
• Responsible for representing their Dutch customers in all internal meetings, ensuring our products and services are delivered to meet their Netherlands customer expectations
• Regularly test all key customer journeys to ensure a first class customer experience is delivered at all times. (Navigation, betting experience, Ts & Cs, promotions etc.)
• Manage all key content configuration on site, regularly reviewing performance and benchmark against key competitors
• Banners, Coupons, Homepage display widgets, highlights and quick links
• Feature sports, leagues and create market filters to enhance the customer journey
• Manage day to day activities in the sportsbook CMS, such as config and translations for betting content, including market names, grouping and layout templates

Requirements for this Dutch speaking Sportsbook Content Team Lead job in London, UK:
