Looking for a role where every day is different, and you’re right at the centre of the action? We’re searching for a Duty Manager to join our luxury game farm team just outside Cape Town. This is a live-in position, giving you the chance to combine your career with the beauty of nature.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the show on shift – making sure operations flow smoothly across departments.
- Handling guest check-ins, queries, and special requests with warmth and professionalism.
- Supporting and guiding staff during busy service times.
- Keeping an eye on standards – from housekeeping to food & beverage.
- Jumping in where needed to keep service seamless.
- Reporting back to management on daily operations, guest feedback, and any issues.
- Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are always met.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has hospitality or lodge management experience (supervisory or duty manager level).
- Is hands-on, approachable, and calm under pressure.
- Loves working with people – both guests and staff.
- Has strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Can take charge when needed but also works well as part of a team.
- Is willing to live on-site and embrace the game farm lifestyle.
