SUMMARY:
E-Commerce Manager

POSITION INFO:

• Responsible for the optimization of Batas online sales.

• Responsible for conveying a consistent brand image.

• Responsible for the continuous improvement of the online activity that will include sales, reporting, and analyses of the Bata Brands.

• Responsible for the online presence including organizing promotions, content.

• Maintenance of website product information and images

• Maintain and keep newness according to brand specifications and requirements

• Provide third parties with high-resolution images of Bata products

• Hybrid Strategy (Wholesale and retail)

• Omnichannel

• Brand.Com (Bata, Toughees, Safari)

• Marketing (Takealot, Zando)

• Sales and budget control


E-Commerce

• Develop and maintain the online content calendar

• Identify new content opportunities and proactively bring ideas and innovation to improve the customer experience and aid conversion

• Generating online sales and adhering to targets

• Loading and Manage New and Live listings

• Ensure accurate pricing and product information

• Ensuring proper monitoring of accurate stock and stock analysis

• Ensuring orders with the Distribution center are processed timeously

• Financial reconciliation with the Systems, peach payments, Shopify, and parcel Ninja

• Create catalogs with recommended retail prices and share with third parties and dispatch. Invoice sales from catalogs

• Assist in marketing Bata products on the third-party platforms

• Arrange booking for shipments and collections – removal orders from third parties

Compliance

• Adhere to and comply with corporate standards and procedures in handling online.

• Comply with all company procedures and policies

• Comply with legislation and regulations

• Comply with terms and conditions with third parties

 

Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Develop e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets

• Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth

• Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data, and measure results
