What We’re Looking For:
- Matric with a Diploma/Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing or related field (advantageous).
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in e-commerce admin / order processing (Takealot, Amazon or similar is essential).
- Strong Excel and digital tool skills, with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and able to think on your feet.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Upload, update, and optimise product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure full compliance with marketplace rules, standards, and requirements.
- Process orders, manage stock levels, and troubleshoot errors quickly to keep sales flowing.
- Load and manage promotional deals, supporting marketing campaigns to maximise sales.
- Analyse sales performance, identify trends, and make data-led suggestions for growth.
- Track key metrics, prepare reports, and translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Take initiative to spot issues, fix problems fast, and streamline processes.
