our client is looking for a E-commerce operations team lead.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the E-commerce Admin & Warehouse team Oversee order fulfilment (picking, packing, dispatch) ensuring accuracy and efficiency Maintain stock accuracy, manage inventory, and resolve discrepancies Ensure proper warehouse processes, including storage, FIFO, and safety standards Monitor system compliance and maintain data integrity Train and support team on processes and system updates Manage returns and reverse logistics Track performance, report issues, and drive process improvements Requirements: Experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations Team supervision experience advantageous Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
