Experience in the Garden & Home Improvement market is preferred
POSITION INFO:
Proven Growth Record: At least 2 years of e-commerce experience in consumer goods, with a documented history of doubling annual sales.
Strategic & Hands-on: Ability to both develop the e-commerce strategy with leadership and jump into the operational implementation across all channels.
Business Development: Skilled at sourcing new e-commerce partners while proactively managing and growing existing retail partnerships.
PPC Expert: Practical experience in designing and executing successful E-Com PPC strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Industry Passion: A "heart and soul" e-commerce professional, preferably with experience in the garden or home improvement sector.
Leadership & Drive: A results-oriented leader who is budget-driven and capable of motivating a team to meet ambitious growth goals.
