E-Learning Content Developer (Mozambique)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Junior to Intermediate E-Learning Content Developer who is passionate about creating engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Portuguese and possess hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role is essential for supporting the development of bilingual content and delivering impactful online training solutions.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement interactive eLearning content in both English and Portuguese.
• Use eLearning authoring tools to create engaging modules, quizzes, and multimedia learning assets.
• Upload and manage course content within Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform content into effective eLearning experiences.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure content functions properly across platforms.
• Ensure accessibility and compatibility of learning content on various devices and browsers.
• Assist with ongoing updates and improvements to existing learning materials.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in eLearning content development.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Proficient in using at least two of the following authoring tools:
• Articulate Storyline 360
• Adobe Captivate
• Exelearning
• H5P
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems such as:
• Moodle
• Blackboard (BB)
• Canvas
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a learner-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
