Large Mining Client is looking for a Finance and Administrations Manager from the Industry
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- To lead the Financial and Administration Team in providing a totally integrated Financial and Administration function to the Plants and Mines
- Completed Degree
- Experience dealing with General Manager, Plants, Mines, Head Office, Joint Venture partners, Fin & Admin staff
Cost & Financial Accounting:
• Ensure effective Cost & Financial Accounting
Financial Management:
• Achieve budgeted costs
• Manage Working Capital Cashflow
• Manage the CAPEX budget
SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, AND QUALITY
• Manage SHEQ compliance within the Department through effective use of the Toolbox
• Utilise the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status
Auditing (Internal & External):
• Reduce no of audit findings
EWRM:
• Identify and manage risks
SOP’s:
• Revise SOP’s
Projects:
• Implement Six Sigma Projects
Reporting:
• Compile Financial Reports
