We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead and oversee the organisation's IT function across facilities nationwide. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and efficient technology services that support business objectives and long-term growth.
The successful candidate will drive IT strategy, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, project delivery, vendor relationships, budget control, and compliance with Group IT standards, while leading a high-performing IT team and championing technology-driven business improvement.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Additional professional certifications, highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience within Information Technology. At least 5 years' experience in a management role . Demonstrated experience in multiple areas including: Project Management; Data Management and Security; Network Management and Security; Infrastructure Management; Vendor Management. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and people management abilities, including performance management and staff development. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the IT Executive , the IT Manager will: Lead and manage IT teams, systems, and technology assets across facilities nationwide. Translate business strategy into operational IT plans aligned with industry best practice. Provide strategic technology guidance to the Executive Committee. Ensure alignment with Group IT security, modernisation, governance, and audit requirements. Oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of all IT infrastructure. Manage annual IT budgets, cost forecasting, software licensing, and vendor contracts. Lead and oversee IT projects, including upgrades, implementations, and system migrations. Ensure effective management of IT operations, service delivery, access controls, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders, ensuring agreed service levels are achieved. Drive the transition from legacy on-premises environments to modern cloud-based platforms. Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and support business growth. Why Join Us?
