SUMMARY:
Employment Equity Ops Manager - 3 factories, North West, 3 years min in animal feed and 5 years within FMCG manufacturing

POSITION INFO:

National organisation, looking for an Employment Equity Operations Manager to successfully run 3 factories/plants.

Salary: Rnegotiable

Essential Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Plus a Tertiary or Technical qualification
5 years FMCG manufacturing environment experience
Plus 3 years minimum in animal feed manufacturing environment
Minimum of 3 years management and supervisory experience within a large feed factory environment
Microsoft Office Skills (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power Automate, etc)

Good communication and interpersonal relations skills
Proven excellency in Leadership and management skills
