SUMMARY:
Our client, a Global manufacturing concern, currently seeks your Human Resources experience to deliver a strategic human resource service to the team by implementing best practice people management initiatives and organisational capability projects that are in line with the business strategy. This will be done through partnering with key stakeholders to build a competent workforce and create a positive climate for employees making the company an employer of choice.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Job Requirements:
- HR Degree or relevant qualification.
- Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development/Industrial Organisational Psychology / Change Management/Business Development/Continuous Improvement/Project Management an advantage.
- Registration with SABPP or IPM advantageous.
- Min 6 to 8 years relevant HR Business Partnering experience within a Manufacturing or Engineering industry.
- Min 3 to 5 years supervisory experience.
- Experience working with Trade Unions.
- Employee Relations experience within a manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience (non-negotiable.).
Key Performance Areas:
Report to the Head of HR:
- Strategic solution generation through partnership with Line Managers to improve efficiency through the management of the HR strategy in line with business objectives.
- Business relationship management and networking:
- Work collaboratively with the departments/regions teams to fully understand key performance issues, objectives, and associated people requirements to meet current and future business needs.
- Partner with specialist functions to implement best practice HR solutions for implementation in the department/region.
- Change management:
- Lead organisational change from inception through to implementation and adoption.
- Act as an agent of organisational capability building.
- Service delivery improvement â deliver on talent and recruitment needs in line with current and future business needs.
- Talent management â ensure implementation of the Groupâs talent management processes, to effectively manage IDP, coaching, learning and development, succession to meet the business needs.
