SUMMARY:
A min of 5 years' experience in ETL development environment using ODI

POSITION INFO:

WE ARE ASSISTING ONE OF OUR CLIENTS IN THE BANKING SECTOR TO FILL A ROLE OF AN ETL DEVELOPER

THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE

Experience:

Must have:

ï‚· A minimum of five years’ experience in Extraction Transformation and Loading (ETL) development environment using the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

ï‚· Experience pulling data from a variety of data source types

ï‚· Must have 5 year working experience with OBIEE, BI Publisher

ï‚· Must have experience in the Kimball methodology

ï‚· Experience with OLAP Cubes

ï‚· Must be proficient in SQL, PL/SQL and MDX

ï‚· Knowledge of BI methodologies such as Kimball and Inmon

ï‚· Dimensional data modelling experience

ï‚· Experience in working with multi-dimensional cubes

ï‚· Project development exposure (waterfall and/or agile methodologies)

Advantageous:

ï‚· Proficient in at least one other BI toolset (Qlikview, SAS, Microstrategy, BusinessObjects, Tableau, Cognos etc.)

ï‚· Essbase experience would be advantageous

ï‚· Working knowledge on Qlikview, SAS

ï‚· Working knowledge on Oracle Apex

ï‚· Experience of working in an agile development environment. Disciplined Agile Development (DAD) experience will be an added advantage
