  The Role:

  We are recruiting a ETQA Coordinator  to join our team in Cape Town.

  Role Objective: Adherence to SETA and company process for all projects

  Skills and Experience:

  Preferred Qualification:

  • NQF Level 5 certificate in Training and Development related qualifications will be advantageous 
  • SETA Accreditation as an Assessor and Moderator
  • Assessor and/or Moderator registration

  Experience Required:

  • Adherence to SETA and company process for all projects
  • Project administration experience within a training environment for at least 4 years
  • Excellent Computer Literacy - MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • 
    Knowledge of entity accreditation requirements and governance thereof  
  • Knowledge of the LMIS requirements of all Quality Assurance (QA) bodies
  • Full comprehension of Qualification Curricula 
  • Experience and comprehensive understanding of the full training, assessment and moderation cycle within a training environment  
  • Relevant Experience in the Training Industry, Private Business Sector or Similar Industry
