Do you have a strong background in earthmoving fabrication and quality inspections? Join our team in Elandsfontein as a QC Level 2 Inspector where precision, technical compliance, and high standards drive our success.
ð§ Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections on heavy structural and rotating components.
- Ensure compliance with client specs, ASME, AWS, and ISO codes.
- Oversee fabrication inspections including welding, fit-up, NDT, and FATs.
- Review and verify welding consumables, WPS, PWHT, and material traceability.
- Maintain inspection records, identify non-conformances, and coordinate corrective actions.

Minimum Requirements:
- SAIW Level 2 Welding & Fabrication Inspector certification (compulsory)
- 8+ years in QC inspections (including 3+ years in earthmoving equipment fabrication)
- Proficient with micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, etc.
- Trade tested (Welder or Boilermaker) – Advantageous
- IIW IWI-S – Advantageous
