Easy Clear Shipping Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Have you worked on the system 'Easy Clear' managing the process of submitting customs entries for imports and exports?
 
Our client based in Maitland requires your experience to raise documents, preparing and submitting necessary paperwork for all shipments and adhering to SARS and customs compliance and regulations.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
• Previous experience in similar role
• Experience working on Easy Clear or Ship-Shape essential
• Min two years’ experience working in the customs sector
• Highly organised, deadline driven and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

• Accurately process and submit customs entries for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with all SARS and customs regulations
• Utilize Easy Clear software to manage and track customs documentation efficiently. Or exposure to Ship-Shape
• Resolve any customs-related queries or discrepancies in documentation
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations, tariff's, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customs entries and related documentation.
• Assist with administration / filing when required.
