POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to perform at their best
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular inventory checks and audits
• Work closely with other departments (logistics, customer service, and procurement) to keep fulfillment seamless.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Implement and track performance KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Plan and adapt operations to handle seasonal demand and business growth

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management (Ecommerce is essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
• Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tech.
• A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership
