Job Description:
A Fully Equipped Toolroom for Plastic injection moulding and press tooling requires a qualified EDM Machine operator and programmer with strong wire cutting experience. The role involves operating wire cutters and Spark eroder machines to high tolerances, ensuring accurate and high-quality components.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Set up and operate edm sparkers and wire cutter machines
- Ensure work meets required quality and tolerance standards and deadlines
- Inspect and verify accuracy of finished components
Minimum Requirements Must be able to use Cad
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the engineering or metal industry
- Physically fit and able to handle tools and materials
- Good hand–eye coordination and strong practical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Sound communication skills in English (read, write, and understand)
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Own reliable transport
- No criminal record
