SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a Professional Manager- Education and Transformation, with strong management and leadership skills to drive the Transformation initiatives

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:
ï‚· Accounting professional designation (for example, CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA, SAIPA)
ï‚· Project Management competencies
ï‚· Professional body experience
Key Performance Areas:
To manage and take responsibility for the following:
ï‚· Accreditation of Professional Bodies;
ï‚· Monitoring of Accredited Professional Bodies;
ï‚· Management of the implementation of the IRBA’s transformation strategy;
ï‚· Conduct/co-ordinate research that relates to education and transformation;
ï‚· Manage strategic projects for education, training and professional development;
ï‚· Manage relevant stakeholder relationships including MOUs;
ï‚· Assist with the administrative functions that relate to ET.
In order to:
ï‚· Accredit Professional Bodies that meet the requirements of the Accreditation Model;
ï‚· Ensure that Accredited Professional Bodies continue to meet the requirements of
the Accreditation Model;
ï‚· Drive transformation initiatives of the IRBA.
ï‚· Keep abreast with trends in education, training and professional development.
ï‚· Position ET strategically internally and externally.
