JOB SUMMARY:
Our Australian client who is a leader in design, construction and operation of mineral processing plants - are searching for persons with proved track record in (EPC). Team based in Brisbane with internal site travel required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role will require but not be limited to:

Optimise operation of plant on an ongoing proactive basis to maximise production
Provide daily technical support assistance as required by site (including site visits, relief work, etc.)
Carry out regular plant inspections and audits
Implement & Commission small projects
Perform studies into operational site improvements and modifications
Identify design-out maintenance opportunities to improve plant performance, maintenance costs, and/or maintenance effort.
Perform economic justifications for plant modification, component replacement, and maintenance

Skills needed:

Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Controls) desirable
National Higher Diploma or AD with Electrical Trade background may be considered
At least 2 years relative experience ideally in the Mineral processing industry
RPEQ and/or CPENG and/or P.Eng accreditation ideally
Skills in design tools appropriate to the engineering discipline
Skills in MS Office suite.
Familiarity & use of minerals processing simulation software
Systems used: Scada and Allen Brady

Salaries are market related depending on experience.
