Electrical BIM Modeller

SUMMARY:
Consulting Engineering Company based in Pretoria is seeking an Electrical BIM Modeller who will form part of the design office to guide and assist the Draughting team, attending site, design and client meetings. Must have solid experience with Electrical Building Services, HVAC systems and Wet & Fire services.  Min of 5-year relevant industry experience. Solid draughting experience in Revit and AutoCad. Solid technical understanding of how MEP services work.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12, essential.
• Min 5 years relevant industry related experience.
• Experience in Revit and AutoCad.
• Must have worked with Electrical Building Services, HVAC Systems and Wet & Fire Services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required. 
• Technical understanding of how MEP Services work.
• Strong teamwork skills required.
• Willing to relocate to Gauteng

Duties and responsibilities amongst others:

• Form part of an existing design office.
• Draughting work in Revit & AutoCad.
• Guide and support draughting team in the office.
• Attending site meetings, design meetings and client meetings.
• Technical support to Senior Project Managers & Project Directors.
• Site inspections and compiling of snag lists related to MEP Services.
• Guide and support draughting team in the office.
