POSITION INFO:

Electrical Engineer – SOLAR - Southern Suburbs, Cape Town - R60,000 - R70,000 per month

Specializing in Solar Energy, Engineering Design & Delivering Major Energy projects, crafting bespoke energy solutions in very many remote sites such as Game Lodges, Island Lodges, Mines & Farms in Southern & Eastern Africa. Off-Grid Solar, Grid-Tied Solar, Water Heating & Energy Efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Min Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferably Pr. Eng.)
10 years’ experience in the PV Industry (Hands-on)
Experience in the design of DC & AC-LV & MV.
The ideal candidate is willing to work in very remote areas in Southern & East African (3 weeks at a time, max OF 90 days per year).
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the outdoors & camping
