SUMMARY:
Work on challenging infrastructure projects in the municipal and private sector as well as building services projects in the commercial sector for a leading nationwide consulting firm. Work in an encouraging and collaborative work environment.

POSITION INFO:

Run projects from conception all the way to close out

Detailed design of electrical building services including lighting, reticulation etc.

Electrical network design and infrastructure design

Client liaison

Attend site and client meetings

BOM

BOQ

Prepare tender documents

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 4-5 years electrical engineering experience

Experience in design software related to lighting design and electrical network design

Background knowledge and experience in lightning risk assessment and design

Experience working in an electrical engineering consulting firm

Excellent written and verbal English ability

Supervision and project management of electrical projects

Autocad MEP

Revit MEP

CBI2

Relux, Ulysse or similar

Reticmaster or similar

Knowledge of how to integrate different packages

Qualification:

BEng/BSc/BTech in Electrical Engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
