Electrical Engineer Graduate

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is designed to provide hands-on training, exposure, and professional development within the electrical engineering environment. You will be involved in real projects, guided by experienced engineers, and supported as you build the technical, analytical, and leadership skills required to launch your engineering career.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, analysis, and testing of electrical systems and components.
• Perform electrical calculations, simulations, and modelling under supervision.
• Support senior engineers in developing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or troubleshooting activities as required.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and performance evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering projects within scope and deadlines.
• Participate in technical meetings, site visits, inspections, and project reporting activities.

• Continuously learn and apply new engineering tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc / BEng in Electrical Engineering (completed or final year).
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, power systems, control systems, or electronics.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as MATLAB, AutoCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT, or similar tools.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
• A passion for innovation, technology, and engineering development.
