This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is eager to develop practical skills, contribute to real projects, and grow within a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components
Prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation
Support senior engineers with project execution and fieldwork
Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance assessments
Ensure project compliance with relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, and production engineers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, or control systems
Proficiency with engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
