POSITION INFO:
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering to lead and manage our electrical team. This role involves not only developing complex engineering concepts and overseeing large-scale electrical projects but also providing leadership, mentorship, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive Electrical Experience: Lead and manage the electrical team, drawing upon extensive experience in electrical engineering to guide projects effectively.
• Team Management: Oversee the electrical team, managing staff development, and controlling costs. Ensure effective training and development of team members.
• Project Leadership: Lead larger projects, leveraging deep electrical engineering expertise to ensure they meet time and budget expectations. Develop complex engineering solutions and deliverables and verify detailed design calculations.
• Quality Assurance and Standards: Maintain and improve engineering standards and quality control for all electrical projects, drawing upon years of experience to ensure the highest level of quality.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to discuss project requirements and updates, utilizing extensive industry knowledge and experience to address concerns effectively.
• Professional Development: Provide guidance to junior staff in their pursuit of professional registration, drawing upon years of experience to mentor and support their career growth.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure project production efforts are completed on time and within budget. Oversee quality assurance for electrical deliverables, equipment, and installations, applying extensive electrical expertise to ensure project success.
• Sales Support: Assist in sales and tender preparations from a technical perspective, leveraging extensive electrical engineering experience to provide valuable insights and support.

• Management Skills: Proven experience in managing teams and projects, with a strong emphasis on electrical engineering expertise.
