JOB SUMMARY:
Join a multinational firm and have international exposure working with a technically strong team of engineers on multiple turnkey projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for winning bids and managing the risk and issues on them, delivery of compliance.
Complete final costing and keep customers updated on
Present and manage the financials and ensure bids go through the appropriate commercial signoff process
Knowledgeable about complex technical, strategic and business issues
Oversee the handover process for all secured opportunities
Liaise with all parts of the business for the completion of proposals and bids
Keep up to date on all wins and loss opportunities to they don’t repeat to improve business practice

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years + experience
Proven experience estimating large-scale valued projects
Ability to estimate projects from the tender stage right through to contact award stage

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying Advantageous

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
