ð We're Recruiting: Electrical Site Manager (Cape Town) – Urgent Start ð§

Are you a qualified electrician with hands-on experience in the commercial, residential, or property development sector? We're urgently looking for a Site Manager that is based locally in Cape Town.

Position: Electrical Site Manager
Location: Cape Town (Local candidates only)
Start Date: Immediate / Urgent
Salary: R35,000 – R40,000 p/m + Cellphone + Vehicle

Requirements:
â Qualified Electrician with site management experience
â Strong background in commercial/residential/property development
â Skilled in ordering, Excel, and managing emails
â OHS, Legal Liability, and Construction Regulations knowledge – advantageous
â Strong communication & organisational skills
â Must be local to Cape Town – no relocations
