🔌 We're Recruiting: Electrical Site Manager (Cape Town) – Urgent Start 🔧

Are you a qualified electrician with hands-on experience in the commercial, residential, or property development sector? We're urgently looking for a Site Manager that is based locally in Cape Town.

Position: Electrical Site Manager
Location: Cape Town (Local candidates only)
Start Date: Immediate / Urgent
Salary: R35,000 – R40,000 p/m + Cellphone + Vehicle

Requirements:
✔ Qualified Electrician with site management experience
✔ Strong background in commercial/residential/property development
✔ Skilled in ordering, Excel, and managing emails
✔ OHS, Legal Liability, and Construction Regulations knowledge – advantageous
✔ Strong communication & organisational skills
✔ Must be local to Cape Town – no relocations
