Electrical Supervisor

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and oversee electrical operations on-site.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the electrical team, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Electrical Technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on installations and maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including work reports, safety records, and inspection logs.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to health & safety and quality control.
