SUMMARY:
Electrical Team Leader – Manufacturing (Vereeniging Area)
Are you a qualified electrical professional with a trade test, ready to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking an Electrical Team Leader based in the Vereeniging area to oversee electrical maintenance and ensure smooth, safe operations.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll do:

Lead and mentor a small team of artisans and technicians
Plan shifts, assign tasks, and ensure electrical maintenance work is completed safely and on time
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly
Work closely with production teams to keep equipment running efficiently
Monitor maintenance costs and drive continuous improvement
Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture

What you bring:

Electrical Trade Test qualification and relevant electrical certification
Experience in manufacturing or industrial electrical maintenance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a technical team
Excellent planning, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Based in or near the Vereeniging area
