Electronic Hardware Design Engineer

SUMMARY:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of electronic products. They are looking for an inventive Hardware Development Engineer to join their dynamic R&D team. The successful incumbent will develop products from initial concept through to a fully qualified prototype using Engineering principles. The products developed is required to be competing on high level of International markets.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• BSc or BEng in Electronic Engineering. Mechatronics will be considered
• 3 – 5 Years’ experience in a similar role
• 3 – 5 Years’ experience working in an electronics design and manufacturing environment
• Solid Hardware experience in Analogue and Digital Design, involving Schematic and PCB design
• Solid Firmware development experience with Embedded Systems and C
• Ability to write and modify PC Based Software in Visual Software Suites
• Occasional PC Software development for testing purposes
• C, C++, C#, Visual Studio, Java and TCL experience is required
