POSITION INFO:
As the Electronic R&D Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, managing the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge electronic systems. You’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including product development, software, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the electronics R&D team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Drive innovation and stay ahead of emerging electronic technologies and trends
- Oversee the development lifecycle: from concept and prototyping to validation and production
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for R&D projects
- Mentor and develop engineering talent within the team
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field (Master’s/PhD preferred)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in an R&D leadership role in electronics or embedded systems
- Strong understanding of analog/digital circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems
- Experience with product development lifecycle and design for manufacture (DFM)
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
