SUMMARY:
Fixed Term Contract position for an Electronic Technician (Electromechanician) with extensive CNC experience in Siemens S3 and S7

POSITION INFO:

Primary Job Function

Test and repair electronic systems on CNC Machines e.g. PLC Board of Emags (System 3)
Troubleshoot breakdowns of CNC Machines which are electronic in nature
Repair firing cards, master and slave drives for Heat Treatment Plant
Repair of electronic components on machinery such as banding pressed and nosing press
Troubleshoot breakdowns on the welding robot
Provide technical support to Press 2 in terms of electronics and PLC related issues
Perform preventative maintenance on electronic components in the plant to ensure higher uptime of the machines
Extensive knowledge and experience in working on S3 and S7

Qualifications

Electronic Engineering Degree or equivalent
