SUMMARY:

Software engineer required at an International firm with offices across the world. BEng (Electrical Or Computer Engineering). Must have embedded programming skills and a sincere interest in development for cloud based applications. Will work with Security suite of Products.

POSITION INFO:

Embedded Engineer (Electronic/ Computer engineer):Security and Cloud Product Development

Cape Town

Work as part of an international team. Computer Engineering or Computer Science Degree with relevant work experience Security department. Candidates must be proficient and competent at C programming and embedded system product development

Qualification:

B. Eng./ B Sc.in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
(Client would prefer a MEng)

Experience:

Embedded software experience
Experience with UNIX / Linux
Experience with development and debugging on a Linux platform
Knowledge of:

Hardware architecture
Algorithm development
Network protocols
