What the person must be able to do:
This role is in the Chemical Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.
* Control Studio Programming
* DeltaV I/O Studio
* DeltaV Device Commissioner
* DeltaV Insight
* Ethernet and Networking
Key Job Deliverables:
* To correctly configure DeltaV system using Control Studio, IO Studio and Device Commissioner
* To correctly utilise DeltaV Insight and Diagnostics Explorer to Diagnose Faults
* To correctly setup reporting and logging using DeltaV Reporter and DeltaV Chronicle
Background work experience:
* 3 years Emerson DeltaV Configuration, Diagnostics and Reporting
* 3 years DeltaV Programming
* 3 years Industrial Networking
* 3 years Sensors
* National Diploma Electrical Engineering, BTech or BENG
* Emerson DeltaV Configuration, Diagnostics and Reporting
* DeltaV Configuration, Diagnostics and Reporting using the various DeltaV modules
* Programming the Delta V system to perform specialised functions
* Setting up and diagnosing industrial network faults
* Working with various types of sensors like temp, pressure and light
* Advantageous: Instrumentation Technician
