JOB SUMMARY:
A great opportunity has become available for an Employee Benefit Administrator at a financial services company. The position will be based in in the Eastern Suburb of Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric with a relevant qualification.
3-5 years’ relevant experience.
Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
Computer literate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensuring and management of queries evolvement.
Providing accurate information to clients on benefit documentation.
Processing of client billings.
Client and customer communication.
Providing first time resolution.
