JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a dynamic Financial Services Provider North is seeking to employ an EB Consulting Administrator - Group Risk and Umbrella Funds (Quotations Administrator)

Purpose of the Job

Responsible for supporting the Consulting and New Business teams with the group risk benefit remarketing and placement process. This may later extend to remarketing and placement of umbrella funds


Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Ideally 1 year''''s experience with preparing group risk quotations
  • Must be able to work as part of a team in an open-plan office
  • Must have the ability to work accurately with attention to detail
  • Must be a good communicator
  • Must have self-organisational skills with strong tracking ability
  • Self-disciplines and deadline focused
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills (peer review)
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, yet professional
  • Must have MS knowledge proficiency
  • Analytically minded
  • Provide trend feedback to senior management
  • Studying towards an insurance related qualification or degree would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
  • Request current membership data and claims experience from incumbent insurer
  • On receipt, check data and claims experience for completeness and accuracy and resolve any queries
  • Draft quote request for review
  • Request quotations from agreed upon panel of insurers
  • Track receipt of quotations for accuracy and compliance with request
  • Accurately capture quote information in remarketing template
  • Provide feedback on outcomes of remarketing exercise to insurers
  • Keep written record of all interactions with service providers and save on central drive
  • Develop and implement internal processes to enhance servicing and improving efficiencies
  • Build effective relationships with Insurers
  • Attend regular meetings with Client Executives to discuss workflow and problem reas
  • Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of service providers'''' products and process, industry and regulatory knowledge
  • Attend training arranged by the Company
