SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced Employee Relations, HR & Payroll Administrator to manage HR, payroll, and industrial relations functions. This role requires hands-on payroll experience, strong IR expertise, and familiarity with CCMA/Bargaining Council processes.

R30,000 CTC per month

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Employee Relations, HR & Payroll Administrator to manage HR, payroll, and industrial relations functions. This role requires hands-on payroll experience, strong IR expertise, and familiarity with CCMA/Bargaining Council processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage disciplinary and grievance processes
• Prepare and represent cases at CCMA/Bargaining Council
• Support Employment Equity reporting and compliance
• Liaise with trade unions on labour-related matters
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and probation reviews
• Maintain employee records, process payroll updates, and resolve payroll queries
• Handle terminations, retrenchments, and transfers in compliance with legislation

Requirements

• National Diploma in HR (or equivalent)
• 6+ years’ HR/IR experience, including payroll administration
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office; PaySpace experience an advantage
• Solid background in Industrial Relations, EE, and CCMA/BCCEI processes
