SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced Employee Relations, HR & Payroll Administrator to manage HR, payroll, and industrial relations functions. This role requires hands-on payroll experience, strong IR expertise, and familiarity with CCMA/Bargaining Council processes.

R30,000 CTC per month

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Employee Relations, HR & Payroll Administrator to manage HR, payroll, and industrial relations functions. This role requires hands-on payroll experience, strong IR expertise, and familiarity with CCMA/Bargaining Council processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage disciplinary and grievance processes
Prepare and represent cases at CCMA/Bargaining Council
Support Employment Equity reporting and compliance
Liaise with trade unions on labour-related matters
Oversee onboarding, induction, and probation reviews
Maintain employee records, process payroll updates, and resolve payroll queries
Handle terminations, retrenchments, and transfers in compliance with legislation

Requirements

National Diploma in HR (or equivalent)
6+ years’ HR/IR experience, including payroll administration
Strong knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office; PaySpace experience an advantage
Solid background in Industrial Relations, EE, and CCMA/BCCEI processes
