SUMMARY:
Our client in the opencast mining sector is looking for an Employee and Labour Relations Officer to join their team. This is a permanent position, based in Witbank, Mpumalanga.

**South African Citizens and those living in the area will be preferred**

POSITION INFO:
The purpose of the role is to:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management and labour unions.
Conducting investigations into employee misconduct and transgressions of Company policies and procedures.
Provides advice to and consult with employees and management regarding Company policies and procedures and government policies, regulations and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: National Diploma in Labour Law/Labour Relations/HR or equivalent at NQF Level 6.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and CCMA representation
