Employee/Labour Relations Manager

POSITION INFO:

Employee/Labour Relations Manager

Location: Eastrand, Gauteng

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Labour relations, Labour law, Human resources

Minimum 10 years in HR

5 years’ experience of labour relations

In-depth knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, COIDA, OHSA, employee wellness and benefits.

Excellent understand of HR Risk and Compliance

Knowledge of CCMA/Labour Court/Bargaining processes

Duties

Main duties will include, but not limited to the following operations

Provide advisory services on all employee relations policies, procedures, strategies, agreements and legislation.
Conduct daily employee relations operations specifically in the areas of disciplinary hearing, grievances, absenteeism, performance improvement and collective bargaining.
Represent the company in dispute resolution process including mediation, arbitration and negotiation.
Partner with management in driving fair labour relations within the business.
This role will also be responsible for managing HR risk, employee wellness and the company`s performance management system.

Salary R650 000 – R700 000CTC
