We are seeking a skilled Engineer with PLS-CADD experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of overhead power line projects, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and model overhead transmission and distribution lines using PLS-CADD
- Perform line routing, profiling, and sag-tension calculations
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Conduct structural analysis of towers and pole structures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil and project engineers
- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and client specifications
- Review and optimize existing designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum [3–5] years’ relevant experience in power line design
- Proficiency in PLS-CADD (essential)
- Strong understanding of transmission and distribution systems
- Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
