Requirements:
- A BTech in Quality Management/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Have an ability to write reports and give feedback effectively
- Have an ability to critically analyse problems and find root causes
- Ability to organize, Analytical thinking
- Understanding of Quality processes and products in the business
- Excellent communication skills, Attention to detail
- Passionate about excellent service
- Enthusiastic, motivated and reliable
- Be a rational thinker, yet creative and open minded
- Have good people and presentation skills
- Have the ability to influence others and be assertive where necessary
- Highly computer literate (Solidworks, Draftsight, Excel)
Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing new testing methods
- Developing new routine QC testing methods and procedures
- Coordinate the maintenance of labs and testing equipment
- Assist in the research and development of new testing processes and equipment
- Assist in ensuring that all current testing methods stay relevant to product application
- Assist in the commissioning of new testing equipment
- Coordinate and conduct training requirements
- Involvement in the testing of new products where relevant
- In general, ensuring accurate, reliable and repeatable data output
