POSITION INFO:

A Wizard’s Education: A degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar magical discipline) is a must. No need for a wand, but the knowledge is key.
Experience: You’ve spent at least 5 years at Hogwarts—or in the Muggle world equivalent—honing your engineering craft, plus 2 years of leadership experience leading a team of skilled wizards.
Technical Skills: You’ve mastered programming languages like Java, Python, and the cloud spells that keep systems soaring high, just like a Firebolt.
Leadership & Wisdom: Just like Dumbledore, you know how to inspire, challenge, and guide your team, helping them grow their talents while keeping their spirits high.
Communication: You can explain complex problems with the clarity of a Divination professor and ensure everyone is on the same page, whether you're dealing with the Weasley twins or new recruits.
