POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

Lead and mentor a skilled mechanical engineering team.
Oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Guarantee compliance with industry codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, PED)
Drive innovation and process improvements for efficiency and safety
Collaborate across operations, fabrication, and project management to deliver cost-effective solutions

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years’ mechanical engineering experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Expertise in pressure vessel design, analysis, and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of ASME and related standards
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering
Professionally registered Mechanical Engineer (Pr. Eng)
Proven experience in leading mechanical engineering projects in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites as required
